Hopes and Dreams for 2015
It's a new year...a fresh start. If you're anything like me, you have probably thought about some resolutions and goals to achieve this year. If you are really like me, you have unwrapped your new 2015 journal and already inscribed those goals on the first page.
I don't know if its age, place in life, experience, or pregnancy, but something inside of me is just ready to take a huge leap forward this year and seriously pursue some of my long-term goals.
Up until this point, I haven't told anyone, except for Michael, what my ultimate dream for this year is, but I want to confess it now in hopes that:
A. you will hold me to it and
B. share yours as well so we can walk this walk together and find ways to encourage each other along the way.
So what is this dream of mine, you ask?
Well, it has been a long-time goal of mine to write a book and I have decided that this is the year! I feared telling others about it before because I was afraid I wouldn't finish it. However, this is something that is near and dear to my heart and I am ready to shake off my fears and just jump into this.
Well, now that I have gotten that off my chest, I feel a lot better. :) But now its time your turn....what do you hope to accomplish this year? What is your dream of dreams? What can you do with your God-given abilities? Are you starting a business? Have you dreamed of traveling to distant places? Are you longing to get involved and volunteer for a cause that keeps you up at night? Are you ready to take that career leap? Have children? Adopt maybe? What's on your heart, friend?
Perhaps you have thought of starting a blog or teaching a class. Maybe you simply want to learn photography or take piano lessons. Or it could be deeper than that, like mending a broken marriage or picking up the phone and calling your parents after a decade of total silence.
Whatever it is, I want you to know that I am here for you. Feel free to drop me a line (at tarasanders23@gmail.com) and share your thoughts and dreams.
We can help each other get there. :)
